This first video is from a session done for 300 people in Denmark at a “Happiness at Work” conference.

In the video, we sometimes use “short-hand” to describe certain points. For example, we refer to left- and right-brained thinking. In reality, what we are referring to is dot- and line- thinking. Although the concept of left- and right-brained thinking has been debunked, for the purposes of a short speech, it is a useful and well understood distinction.
